Across centuries and cultures people have sought to understand the connection between mind and body.  Central to this connection has always been movement.

Ancient meditative and movement practices like Yoga, and modern evidence-based disciplines like neuroscience all seek to improve and promote quality of life, health, and healing through awareness and movement. 

By studying a spectrum of disciplines we can often find individual techniques that are effective for the individual.  Modalities such as the Feldenkrais Method and MNRI® (Masgutova Neurosensorimotor Reflex Integration®) are effective approaches that can help in a variety of scenarios.
